The President Elect and Vice President are elected during the month of December each year, and take office January 1st of the following year. Once elected, the President Elect automatically ascends to the office of the Presidency when that office becomes vacant each year. The term of office for all elected officers is one year. Vice Presidents may succeed themselves as often as elected. A President remains in office for more than one year only if the succeeding President Elect is unable to serve. Presidents Elect are limited to one term at a time, but may be elected to a subsequent term after succeeding to and retiring from the office of President.

The ex officio members of the board serve at the pleasure of the elected officers.
