We require a $75 processing fee for program evaluation, and a $100/year fee for approved programs, to cover our costs in establishing and maintaining approved programs.  The annual renewal fee includes a review process for any changes to the program.  If your entire educational organization has been approved, the renewal fee also includes evaluation of any new programs you may wish to submit for approval.  Fees also include our cost to provide your program with its own “Approved Program” page on our website, to create a custom blueprint for your program, and to provide other related services.

We ask all first-time applicants to submit a $175 fee with their application.  This fee includes both the program evaluation fee and the first year's approval fee.  If your program is not approved the $100 intended to cover the first year of approved status will be refunded.

If you wish to submit a program for approval, please provide us with the following:
- a complete curriculum
- a list of teachers and their credentials
- an estimate of the total number of classroom hours (if applicable; correspondence courses may omit this)
- a list of the assignments that must be completed (if applicable; classes which require all work to be done during class sessions may omit this)
- a description of the mentoring program in place for correspondence course students (if applicable)
- a description of the attendance and/or assignment completion requirements
- information on exams and what grade is required for passing (for example, 80% correct answers required)
- any other information you feel is relevant to help us determine the quality and standards of the program

Please fill out the application form and make your payment through our secure payment gateway.  You will need to change the payment amount to $175.  If you prefer, you may pay by check, and mail your payment to us.

Please email your application form and required information to ANHCB as an attachment or series of attachments or zip file, or mail physical copies to our post office box.

Of course, any material sent to us for evaluation will be kept confidential.
